You can visit http://www.annualcreditreport.com , where you can get your free credit report, but not credit scores. Credit scores are available as an add-on feature of the report, for a nominal fee. This central site allows you to request a free credit file disclosure, commonly called a credit report, from each of the nationwide consumer credit reporting companies: Equifax, Experian and TransUnion.

This is the only one recommended and endorsed by the FTC. There is no fee. You can not get your score only your credit report. This is a free service once a year unless you meet the following:
Under federal law, you’re also entitled to a free report if a company takes adverse action against you, such as denying your application for credit, insurance, or employment, based on information in your report. You must ask for your report within 60 days of receiving notice of the action. The notice will give you the name, address, and phone number of the consumer reporting company.

If you have no credit cards, you probably do not have a credit report.
A Credit score is not the same as a credit report.
To get a free credit REPORT use http://www.annualcreditreport.com where you may select from any of the 3 agencies. If you just get 1 from 1 agency, then in 4 months get 1 from another, and the last in 4 months, then it will be a year in another 4 and you can start over.
